Leadership & Fundraising Circle 2024This program is only open to Jenn's Inner Circle - either you are a graduate of one of my fundraising cohort programs (Fundraising Essentials for Executive Directors or the Fundraising Certificate) and/or you're a current or former client.Join Jenn Hayslett and a community of colleagues to strengthen your leadership capacity and put your fundraising skills into action. Meet monthly from February through June for lively and focused discussions, engaging presentations, and hands-on activities. We will take a deeper dive into content covered in the fundraising certificate programs in addition to exploring new topics.

The Details
When?
- We will meet once a month on Zoom. Meetings will be in the first or second Wednesday of the month February - May 2024

- Each session will be 3 hours: 9:00 am -12:00
- To get the most out of this experience, expect to spend an additional 1 hour per month on preparation.
- Please try to attend every session. If you need to miss a session, they will be recorded.
Session Topics
Each month we will focus on topics that will support you in your growth and development as a nonprofit leader and fundraiser. Just like in our fundraising certificate class, this program will be a lively combination of presentation, small group and large group discussion with plenty of hands-on practice and activities - but with less homework and preparation for you.

- What is your leadership style?
- Where do you want to grow and learn?
- In this session you will review where you are on your professional journey and set achievable goals to grow into.
Your Fundraising Plan and Metrics
- How is your fundraising plan serving you and your organization?
- What is working and what needs updating and improvement?
- In this session you will review your development plan to bring it into alignment with your current reality and help set attainable goals for the future.
Engaging your Board
- How can you train your board members to be better fundraisers?
- What can you do to partner more effectively with your board?
- In this session you will learn strategies and tactics for engaging your board and will have the opportunity to set goals for your board’s engagement.
Special Project Fundraising, Capital Campaigns & Planned Giving
- How do special projects help focus your donors? How can you plan for a campaign and set goals?
- What should you actually say to people when asking them to make a bequest?
- In this session you will learn basic planning strategies for running a successful special project, capital campaign and a bequest campaign and will set goals for your next steps.
Pricing
- Early Bird Pricing - Discount preferred program price of $995 with registration on or before December 1.
- Regular Pricing - Standard program cost of $1,175 with registration between December 2 and January 5, 2024.
- Late Pricing - Program cost of $1,325 with late registration between January 6 - February 2nd, 2024.
- The final date to register is February 2.
Registration and Payment
- Payments can be made by check, Venmo, or ACH direct deposit.
- Payments need to be made in full by February 2nd 2024
- You will receive a formal invoice upon your registration. If your organization is paying for your participation, you can submit the invoice for payment.
- If you are paying on your own, please note, professional development coursework and coaching are tax deductible on your Schedule C of your income tax.
- You can request a full refund if we receive your request by January 19th. After this, no refunds will be made.
- Registrations are accepted on a rolling basis until the program is full.
